Our Story
Our coalition was founded on a shared belief: healthcare must remain grounded in ethics, integrity, and human dignity. We provide a collective voice for clinicians—a dedicated space to speak openly, support one another, and drive the meaningful systemic reform our profession deserves.

Jennifer Lloyd-White, MEd, BCBA, LBA, is the Founder and Executive Director of the Clinicians Advocacy Coalition, a movement born from the belief that healthcare must never lose its moral center. Throughout her career—spanning direct care, clinical leadership, and practice ownership—Jennifer has witnessed both the healing power of compassionate medicine and the deep harm caused when systems disconnect from accountability.
She founded the Coalition because she believes clinicians cannot stay silent when the systems they serve fail their patients. What began as a personal concern evolved into a collective mission: building a unified voice for clinicians committed to transparency and courageous change. Her leadership is grounded in trust and the conviction that real reform starts with telling the truth. Through the Clinicians Advocacy Coalition, Jennifer is uniting healthcare professionals who believe that ethical care is not just an ideal—it is the foundation of healthcare itself.
